This is one of the finest examples of a colonial house in Galicia possibly only second to the Torre de Los Morenos en Ribadeo.
Built in 1927 by an emigrant who returned from Cuba where he made his fortune with silks. The owner even paid Salvador Dali 30.000 pesetas to design his mens neckties.
The property has more than 2.5 acres of land with its own boatdock on the river at the bottom of the garden.
It has 7 bedrooms and the possibility of 5 more and is composed of three floors of 300 m2 per floor, and an attic.
The condition of the property is excellent ….. it needs to be seen to be believed.
