This old manor house, closed for 14 years, with an estate of 1Ha, is attached by a side. It has beautiful views of the hiking trail “Das Sobreiras” (The cork oak) which is classified as “Place of Community Importance (LIC) of the Natura Network” and constitutes the most extensive cork oak forest in Galicia. Very close to this property is the River Arnego, one of the Galician rivers of cleaner waters, inhabited by wild trout that give it a sporty appeal of the first level.
This manor house has no light, no water, although there is a stone fountain near the house with an old laundry place. The water from this source can be used for both the supply of the house and irrigation of the farm.
In the interior of the house there is a magnificent wine press, and on the outside a 4-foot granary and a square “hórrea”, of Asturian style, that was used as loom.
Inward it needs total rehabilitation.
