Is the roof intact? Is there a bathroom or toilet is it possible to install? Is it possible to install electricity.

Many thanks for your interest, Kelly. This house has a roof that needs some repairing, I think not very deep. There is no toilet, but you can install one and a septic tank in the finca (very common in rural Galicia). The house is connected to power net now, you only need to make a new contract. If you have any other question, please contact info@galicianrustic.com and we will be very pleased to answer you.

      Thank you again,
