Description
This manor house-rural hotel was originally built in the 15th century, having been restored several times throughout its long history, that runs parallel to Galicia’s own history and starts right in the days of the Discovery of America. The Pazo de Neira is located in the heart of Galicia, the region of Sarria and O Paramo, is surrounded by rivers, forests and not far from the Camino de Santiago Francés.
The pazo consists of a main building, with two floors of 700 m2 each, plus a series of out buildings that were originally stables and today can be used for any porpouse, including residential, and a private house for the owners. It also has a wonderful walled garden of 1,600 m2 and almost 2 hectares of land where there is an excellent vineyard where there are 400 vines of Mencía grapes and 100 standing supports (parras) of Alvarino grapes. At the moment it is totally prepared for its habitual use as a running rural hotel with all permissions and qualifications in order. It has 6 complete and very confortable apartments for 2/4 persons.
