Frayalde, in full Terra Chá, where the view is lost in green meadows, the flat land of Galicia. There is this property that was an old rectory house. It is the house where the clergyman of the corresponding parish resided. They used to be, as it is, great houses, generally made of stone, well sanitized and solid. This is a magnificent stone house, partially restored, with two floors of 125 m2 each. We find wood in beams, floor, ceilings, carpentry doors, stairs, windows … In addition, the property has an annexe barn of 100 m2. The house has electricity, as well as municipal water and a well of its own. The land of the property has about 1,900 m2.
Frayalde is a parish of the municipality of Pol, in Lugo, in the area of Mosteiro, approximately 6 km. There we can find all the necessary services, a Health Center, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, etc. The capital, Lugo, is approximately 15 minutes away.
