The house, distribution and spaces
This chalet was built in 2009. It is a house of 146 m² on one floor, without architectural barriers. Built with first class materials (see the description of MATERIALS below), it is externally covered with stone plates that give it the appearance of the old Galician houses.
It has a spacious double height living room with fireplace. An independent dining room, with capacity for 10/12 people comfortably. A large fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A zone of iron and washing machine. And, by a staircase, at the top, you access the lower deck: an attic space or attic where there are a small gym and practical shelving as a storage room. In the main facade of the house, there are two porches that make terraces.
It has about 600 m2 of land all around the house, with a garden of hydrangeas, camellias, fruit trees … and overlooking the beaches. It is two minutes by car from the beach of Miño and about 12 minutes walk from the famous beach of Perbes. There are also several nudist beaches in the area.
Ria de Betanzos, close to everything.
And specifically, Miño which has about 6,000 inhabitants, has several means of communication, the N-651 Betanzos-Ferrol, the AP-9 highway. La Coruña and Ferrol to 20 minutes, Betanzos, Puentedeume and Sada to barely 10 minutes and Santiago de Compostela, to 45 minutes.
Through the railway, it has two stops: in Miño and the Apeadero de Perbes, in Vilanova. It is the place where the pilgrimages of the St. Jacob’s English Way run.
