This pazo was built with a defensive tower and the construction was started in the 16th century in a baroque style. The pazo has two important façades, the north and the tower where, adapting to the unevenness of the terrain, there are three floors, but in the rest there are only two.
On the ground floor is the main door behind which is the magnificent granite staircase that leads up to the house.
The Pazo has two stone balconies, one on each side in granite with iron balustrades.
The tower still has the battlements from which the archers used to shoot from relative safety and the views from the tower are incredible in all directions.
The tower is rectangular and two storeys high. Underneath the pazo is a wonderful wine cellar.
Communications in all directions are good being a stone’s throw from everything
At the moment the pazo is habitable with three bedrooms, two living rooms, bathroom and kitchen. It also has large unused space on the ground floor.
The Pazo has its own well next to the washing area.
The land that belongs to it totals 62705 m2.
It is close to public schools, Miraflores and Guillermo Brown, golf courses and sports area with swimming pools.
The Pazo is in an enviable condition although it could do with some restoration.
At the entrance to the pazo there is a 185m2 barn which could easily be converted to apartments or similar.
