Description
This hotel is in one of the most beautiful and at the same time wild areas of Spain: the canyons of the river Sil, in the Ribeira Sacra, at Alberguería de Ramuin. It has been and continues to be good business for the past 17 years and can show its books to prove it. It has a main house which has five double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom; kitchen, living / dining room, second lounge and services.
It also has two large apartments, each with two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. The property also has a semi-detached ruin that could be converted into two apartments each accommodating four people. The house has internet connection with broadband.
The hotel has a garden-rocalla in front and is located in front of the old communal era, hence its name Casa da Eira (Thresing House in Galician). Behind it there is a garden enclosed by walls that borders on two ends with the hotel buildings. It also has an organic vegetable orchard nearby. It has public water supply and public sanitation.
The hotel and the apartments are working well with domestic and foreign clients. Many come to do the hiking trails that are in the area and others for the lush nature offered by this area and its numerous Romanesque monasteries.
