Description

The roof is made of tiles on concrete beams.
All the exterior carpentry is made of oiled teak in perfect state of conservation.
The heating is oil-fired.

The back of the house, facing south, has a large plot of about 3000 m2 with many large trees, shady vines and kiwi trees. In the garden there is an oak tree, a huge Chestnut tree, two lemon trees, vines, a 30 metre walkway planted with kiwis, a three section stone horreo with teak wood, a pond, ten palm trees and a huge palm tree in the entrance courtyard.
It also has a 200m2 building to reform which is open plan.
The property is located within the rural nucleus of O Foxo, which belongs to Silleda (Pontevedra). But isolated from the village 1.5km. It has direct highway to Santiago and its airport at 36km. The rural nucleus allows more constructions. It could also be converted into a rural hotel or B+B.
It is situated on the Camino de Santiago which passes in front of the gate and along its wall. Making it very feasible to set up a pilgrim’s hostel.
