Description
This beautiful vineyard is on an estate of 16630m2 of which almost all is planted with vines between 20 and 30 years of age.
All are on wired trelices and have automatic irrigation. The grapes produced are Mencia grapes which produce up to 12.000 kg per year.

From the estate every year also produced a large quantity of apples, cherries, grapes, bread from the oven, plums, Japanese, pears.
The wine produced is rich and tasty. No preservatives or fertilisers are used, the grapes are simply harvested.
The farm has a developable area where a house could be built, the local architect assured you that it could be built on the right corner near the village ….. It should be noted that it is only 3 km from Monforte.
There is also a building at the other end of the land built from stone which could be increased by up to 50% with the permission of the town council.
The total number of vines is about 1500 of which half are 20 years old and the other half about 30 years old.
There is a well, which is not used at the moment, the water comes from the house of one of the owners, but it would be necessary to connect to the mains water supply or to make another well in the future.
About 4500 square metres are overgrown and are situated on the other side of the road but could be incorporated into the vineyard.
Electricity would have to be brought in or applied for.
