This house, located in Cerdedo, Pontevedra, has a very personal aesthetic. Built inside and out of stone and wood, the double height of its main space, with mezzanines and light stairs, give a special personality to the house. Its total area is 240 m2.
The house has two large bedrooms. A large bathroom with separate shower and toilet, and with the installation prepared for a large antique bathtub with legs. It has two lounges, one to watch television, with a large sofa and another with two wing chairs and fireplace to read or relax listening to music. A large kitchen, and a dining room. As we mentioned, it is distributed on different levels with a feeling of spaciousness in the whole. There is a glazed porch closed by a beautiful gallery.
The land has 1,300 m2 with two granaries (hórreos). The land plot is closed with stone and glass. There are led lights that illuminate the glass at night. It has an alarm, oil heating, two fireplaces and septic tank. The water comes from the commonwealth. It is sold furnished completely and ready to live.

If you come to Cerdedo, you can lose yourself in its oak groves and native forests. Going out to a natural viewpoint and contemplate the 3 rivers: Pontevedra, Arousa and Vigo.
