This little stone house is located in the village of O Sisto, three kilometres from the town of Friol, and 25 km from Lugo. The village of O Sisto is small and beautiful, with five or six other very well preserved houses. We are in A Terra Chá (The Flat Land), large green plains, small forests and many rivers. Just 100 metres from this little house runs the river Narla, famous for its wild trout. The nearby town of Friol, with almost 4,000 inhabitants, has all the necessary services: medical centre, banks, shops, etc.
The little house
This beautiful house is perfectly restored, it just needs to be furnished to become a cozy little house ready to live in or spend weekends and holidays. Its built area is 115 m2. It is located on a 490 m2 plot, partially closed with slate slabs, typical of the area, called chantos in Galego.
It has two medium sized bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. And a large living room-kitchen with a completely glazed wall that offers beautiful views. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a wooden partition. It also has a porch with wooden walls which gives it a certain intimacy.
The small plot of land has a spring with plenty of drinking water. And it does not dry year round. It also has a well. The land surrounding the property, which could apparently be purchased, is large.
The enclave of this little house is wonderful: pure nature. In addition to the river environment, there are numerous paths and routes where you can go hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities.
