Only five kilometres from Monterroso is this property, in the village of Vilance, Lugo. Monterroso is an important town, with about 4,000 inhabitants, and all the necessary services. Medical centre, restaurants, all kinds of shops and a recreational area with a river swimming pool on the banks of the river Ulla. It is located in the region of A Ulloa, which owes its name to the river Ulla, trout and salmon, which crosses it. And it is divided between the provinces of A Coruña, Lugo and Pontevedra.
