A house in Saavedra with possibilities
After passing through the beautiful entrance to the property, surrounded by trees, we discovered a granite table, a well and a beautiful terracotta house with white finials, typical of Galician architecture. The distribution of its two floors is as follows: a ground floor with a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a space for washing and iron and a toilet. Integrated into the building of the house, but without direct access, is the building that housed the old stables. So, it could be transformed into a splendid dining room, with its lareira, the traditional Galician wood stove. Its size is approximately 60 m².
On the upper floor, we find three bedrooms. One double that is the main one, another with two smaller double beds, and another simple one that contains a desk space. Located in the distributor of this floor there is a complete bathroom. On the outside of the house, we find another stone building, an old barn that has a traditional stone oven and a garage. The dimensions of this house are in total about 280 m2, including the blocks and two floors of the house. This house has gas-oil heating.
A piece of land with apple trees and much more
The house is surrounded by own trees of different types, on a plot of approximately 8,900 m2, of which 1,300 m2 are occupied by precious apple trees in production. In addition, there is an area of excellent pines whose wood would have on the market at this time an approximate value of € 7,000. Even more, it has another land close to the main farm that is in usufruct, that is, it can not be bought or sold but it can be used. Its extension is about 9,000 m2 approximately.
The house is sold furnished except for personal belongings.
