It is basically a plain with a gentle slope, with grass and surrounded by trees of different types. It is a quiet place without many neighbors. Ideal as a residence for someone looking for a peaceful place in the countryside and near the sea. But it could also become a tourist establishment, given its breadth and habitability, and especially because of its proximity to the coast.
