These stone houses are in a village near the town of Guntín, Lugo. We are in the region of A Terra Chá (The flat land, in Spanish) An immense green plain, crossed by rivers and dotted with forests, which extends through the heart of Galicia.
A group of stone buildings
The set is composed of a stone house of about 30 m2 per floor, in total, 60 m2 of surface. In addition, there is a large stone house painted white, to completely reform. Its surface is 200 m2 per floor. In total, 400 m2.
On the ground floor it has a spectacular lareira (traditional wood fire kitchen of the Galician country houses). The rest of the plant is the old stables, which rehabilitated could become a large useful space as a living room or as desired.
The upper floor consists of a corridor that gives five bedrooms.
In the land where these two stone houses, approximately 1,000 m2, are located, there are also two L-shaped haystacks, one of about 80 m2 and the other of 64 m2. On the land plot there is a waterfall.
