Viveiro is the capital of the Mariña Occidental, in the north of the province of Lugo and on the shores of the Bay of Biscay. Within 4 km of Viveiro is Galdo, a parish that belongs to this municipality. And there is this property.
A hamlet surrounded by nature
It is a set of 3 rustic stone houses to restore, with a land plot that covers an area of 2,700 m2.
First house; distributed in 2 floors of approximately 58 m2, each one, diaphanous.
Second house; distributed in 2 floors and attic. Approximately 100 m2 per floor and an attic of 50 m2. On the ground floor, it maintains the old lareira, the traditional Galician kitchen. The house is almost completely diaphanous. At the back of the house, you have a spring water well.
Third house; it consists of 2 floors, of about 58 m2each. In the kitchen area, it has a stone oven. The house is on both floors almost diaphanous in its entirety.
At the back of the houses, there is a plot of about 1,000 m2. At only 200 meters, a second land with fruit trees of about 700 m2. It also has another plot of 1,000 m2 that borders the river.
The houses have electricity and public water connections on the outside of all houses.
Viveiro, a paradise on the Bay of Biscay
The houses are located in an environment surrounded by nature and next to the river, a 5-minute walk from the Church of Santa María de Galdo and the Pazo da Trave. Hiking routes, to Monte Castelo, and river walk to only 15 minutes walking, with a distance from the starting point to the end of the walk to Vila de Viveiro of 3 km, ending the way on foot in just over 30 minutes. By car, you reach the centre of Viveiro and its spectacular beaches in just 10 minutes.
