This lovely property would make an absolutely fabulous hotel and is situated in the National Reserve of Los Ancares. The views are incredible with the palace dominating the surrounding countryside.
The property has a restored roof and is generally in excellent condition. It has a plot of land around it and even has some prehistoric dwellings (Celtic) to be restored. A ski resort is only 45 minutes off the property.
All descriptions fall short on this marvellous property, it has to be seen to be believed.
Los Ancares is a privileged area not only within Galicia, but also in Spain. The Los Ancares Nature Reserve extends into three autonomous communities: Galicia, Castilla y León and Asturias. It is declared a Biosphere Reserve. Its landscapes, mountains, valleys, rivers, forests form a group that turns out to be the largest natural space in Galicia. And the refuge of its last brown bears.
