This house is in a wooded area bordering the river Miño, 7km from the centre of Lugo.
It is totally alone at the end of a track with no other neighbours.
The house has a surface area of 374 m2 and consists of the following:
Kitchen – dining room
Living room – dining room
On the ground floor there is a wide hallway running through the house from one side to the other with doors at both ends.
Everything is beautifully decorated.
The property has two large barns of 213 m2 and 121m2 and a smaller one of 30 m2. The 213m2 alpendre is built in brick while the others are built in stone like the house.
It also has an horreo with a stone threshing area
In one of the alpendres the gasoil boiler and its tank are situated. The two larger barns could easily be converted into accommodation.
The total area of the property is 33552 m2 (8.4 acres) and the distance to the river Miño is 230m. The Miño is a trout river where there are some incredibly big trout some getting up to 8 kg.
The area has some incredible walks through the old oak forest some of the oaks are many hundreds of years old.
There is an old fishery in the middle of the river which is owned by the house, but it is in a ruinous state and nothing can be done to it. In the middle of the fishery there is a small stone building where people used to stay to fish at night which is also in ruins.
Almost the entire property of the house is part of a huge oak grove and is one of the most peaceful places you can imagine.
